I'm ok with this. Seriously!
215.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ches, you know in the past when you keep logging and trying you get results. We don't always get exactly what we want but we 'move forward' and have 'success'.

Hey Ches, You look great from last photo!! What is your goal weight? Are you at your goal weight? I know its different for Men depending on height and frame like women

Thanks @adefwebserver - My gym flow on Saturday and my outdoor run FINALLY after weeks on Sunday has got me pumped. Got a little head cold now but I will continue to move forward. Thanks buddy. Thanks @Maine coon. THANKS!! No kidding, I can hold in my stomach and see nice definition in my abs in the mirror at my current weight. I LIKE THAT! Obviously, I want that look without holding in my gut and I am prepared for that journey. I can't say for certain what the ultimate weight will be 185, 175, I don't know. I do know however that when the day comes where I can jump on my Harley without a shirt and a guitar around back and go for a ride while the wife is yelling at me out the front door "Put a shirt on" - THAT will be my goal weight. I typed this reply with a big smile on me. It's nice to dream!
