A good friend is coming down this weekend and I've been trying to clean the house and prepare for his arrival... That's where all my time is going, instead of concentrating on the 5K-Half or Full Marathon Challenge. I know it's not a good excuse, but it's the truth! I hope everything goes according to plan and he has a good time!
101.4 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
