Eeek - this is what happens when I let my hubby convince me that ordering in pizza at 9:30pm is a good idea!! This is becoming a bad, weekly habit lately - something I need to put a stop to. I was feeling really down yesterday for some reason - perhaps just exhaustion/anti-climax after the exams?
Anyway, I'm certain this gain was largely water retention, so I'm expecting it to be gone again by tomorrow morning. Feeling much more like my usual self and back on track today, and I'm ready for a virtuous week this week, completely free of exam stress!

Saturday night is the best night to splurge because we have the whole week to work off the gain ;) I''ve earned my own little "bonus" from my splurge that I am working on, too. Yay! for being finished with your exams. That will do a lot for your state of mind!

Thanks Evelyn! You are right - I'm still a bit disappointed in myself, because I've had a few too many of these splurges recently. However, now the exam stress has passed, I'm going to stay focused and get to my final goal for the summer!! Good luck getting rid of your splurge "bonus"! :)
