Just struggling to not give up. I feel like since I menstruate, it's all for naught. I can gain 8 pounds in a week because of it. Also, donating blood last week didn't seem to help my cause. I needed to eat more so I wouldn't feel light-headed and I didn't exercise at all on Friday because I wasn't feeling up to strenuous activity at that point. Seems like I'm going to fail no matter what I do. Sometimes I feel like if I were stranded on a deserted island, I'd come back weighing MORE than when I left.
