At my original goal weight! 154 lb, 11 stone exactly.

I've decided to keep going just a few pound more, to 150-152, just so I have a "margin". Still need to keep going with the weekly weighs so if my weight gets even a pound over 154 I go back on the full programme.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
