Tuesday August 21, 2012 walked 3.60 miles at the horse farm estates in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Lots of hills to conquer. Building up to walk the 8 mile horse run sometime soon.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
