Water weight I'm assuming? Whatever it is I'll take it.
I did my walk/run intervals today 5:1. I'm feeling pretty good. I can tell I've been lifting weights and did the 30 day shred for a while. I feel different running now, like I'm stronger. One of my running minutes I looked down and I was at 1:30 running instead of the minute where I was going stop at. I had kept running oblivous to what I was doing or how long it had been. I'm liking this... Next week I'm going to move up to 4:2 walk/run. I'm ready! I can't forget I have to lift weights when I get home.

I find I can go for a while without losing anything and then all of a sudden get a big drop. Whatever the reason, going down is always good.
