Didn't sleep well for the last two nights so I think that effected my weightloss. I had a hard time falling asleep. I have started the Mangosteen the last two days and the Theanine Serene the last two days. Also started Lycopodium clavatum 30c for my gout. I think I am alkalized now and gout is a little better.
