Back from my trip! Happy to see I didn't really gain out of the norm so this is a bonus!! We shopped, we had fun and we didn't eat all that much - we did however indulge on pasta at the Olive Garden which was very very delicious! One more month to prepare for round 2 and looking very forward to it! I even bought a new pair of Silver jeans a size too small for a little extra motivation!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

I'm so glad you two had such a great trip. You deserve it! When are you starting R2 again?

Well, I am thinking after Septembers TOM, I will start and that could be anywhere from the 15th to 20th. I am only doing 18 to 30 days depending on how much I lose. I would like to see a 15-20 lbs loss. I am prepping already too, by taking meat and shrimp and weighing and freezing portions. Planning meals and using the food diary ahead of time makes it much easier for me - if I see what I need to make, I make it. This also helps plan a variety so I am not eating the same thing over and over! Some of my fav's are shrimp/ reduced tomatoes that make a sauce. I like steak/onions, lemon chicken/asparagus, chicken taco salad, tilapia/spinach, cucumber apple salad with blackened chicken. I am actually looking forward to this all again!

That sounds great! Yea, if I do it again... It seems that I might not need to. I think maybe doing all those correction days really helped me securely set the point so i almost never went over the 2 lb mark. Now it seems that my metabolism is working correctly i.e. exercise, eat well and under say 1300 cal then I'm slowly losing weight. But i had to maintain for 3 months before i started to lose. If things change, though, I'll go again... probably later in Sept than you since TOM is here now. Otherwise I'll be right with you in spirit!!
