Just had to record my new weight...so I could see it on the graph! lol
238.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1247 kcal Fat: 52.05g | Prot: 68.54g | Carb: 138.65g.   Breakfast: Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, fat free sour cream, crab legs, sauted onions, mushrooms, garlic, roasted chicken, crumbled feta, fresh spinach, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , sugar free creamer, coffee. Lunch: fat free sour cream, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Spinach , tostada. Dinner: soy milk vanilla, bran flakes cereal, frozen triple berries mix, flax bread. Snacks/Other: Fiber One bar. more...
