8more shoulder therapy sessions...goood Tuesday morning..great visit with doctor yesterday...8more sessions..from 3times a week down to 2 times..almost ready to graduate from therapy...he also said when I was ready to ride outside..I could..I had doctor write me out a note to send my friend mike...just so the mother in him would hit the ceiling when I said I was gonna be free to ride outside...

I was all excited on way home yesterday afternoon..an then I looked at pics of me laying in emergency room that morning...and still not sure about doing long rides outside..something I will have to think about more..

Therapy at 1...and then who knows...cut grass yesterday..boy it was still wet from Saturdays rain...

I’m happy to know I’m better..but can take up to a year for complete healing...doctor said..

Rode on zwift this morning...7.2 Miles..34 min..Innsbruck course..hate the course..cause it’s a hill course..no flat parts to just do a ride...but had 17 achievements today..so guess the course is making me stronger...

Breakfast is over..tummy still growling like it needs to be fed...like tummy what’s going on..I fed you breakfast...well time to get up an move..salad time shortly..wash machine is almost done with it’s cycle..it’s so nice to wake up them endorphins...once again..just get so much done before 10 am...lol

Yay!!! Glad you are in good spirits this morning!!! Why not take a short ride during the daytime. Keep doing indoor rides in the wee hours of the morning when it is still dark outside?
