Here it is... another month on my healthier food chooses. Lost 10 more lbs. I've come to realize that I would LOVE to be my ideal weight right now, right this minute. BUT by just making conscious food chooses I have learned better life skills that are getting me to my goal weight. I've been on diets and i have lost 50,60 even 90 lbs. Without being able to stick to the food restrictions I put myself on I went back to my old eating habits.
My duhhh moment.... I found out I will look great when I feel great! This time, I'm doing it for me, my health! Not because my marriage fell apart & I wanted to "show" them what they gave up! Its for me! I'm getting older & I don't want to start the drug cocktails if there are natural ways. And controlling my weight and being active is a great place to begin. So... here's to the 49 lbs that are gone! And a better healthier me! Till next month.... Love yourself!!
