So, I have 1.6 lbs. to lose before Friday. My in-laws are coming in today. I didn't exercise yesterday... but I will today. Somehow. ;) I did, however, have a salad with veges instead of a chili dog yesterday. My husband said I'm looking thinner but still harrasses me about "starving myself" (i.e. not eating nasty food anymore). This book I've been reading is working wonders. I feel like the food industry is a lot like Satan in tricking our minds to become addicted to bad things and slipping them in all sneaky-like. Makes me not want to give in to their evilness.
