Fasted until 3:45 today and it’s time for a Labor Day celebration! Finally back under 213 and hit 212.6. Although I’ll be entering the work week and its resultant water gain, I’m pretty happy with this. UPDATE: Had some burgers and broccoli slaw (and a few vodka and sparkling waters). Later had a ketone protein bar. Finished the day under 1200 calories although that was not the target. Hope you had a great day!
212.6 lb Lost so far: 112.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
