Gained a bit of weight today, probably attributable to the very high sodium content of the fish sauce in the ground pork meatballs yesterday. Water retention you know.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1688 kcal Fat: 115.98g | Prot: 111.28g | Carb: 49.07g.   Breakfast: coffee,  Atkins Day Break Creamy Chocolate Shake. Lunch: white tea,  Tyson Foods Any'tizers Tequila Lime Flavored Wings, blue diamond bbq almonds. Dinner: ground pork, canola oil, feta cheese, spinach, chinese broccoli, abalone. Snacks/Other: atkins peanut butter cups, pineapple, white tea, atkins peanut butter fudge crisp. more...
