So TOM has finally packed up and left and left me and Old Man Scale in peace :) Recording my weight this morning because my campaign of lotsa water and fairly light eating worked yesterday.

My Steps counts on Sat and Sunday were not great but I got them all in yesterday. Had to take three mini walks it was so hot outside. Gonna have to be careful with the heat from here on out. I am about to head out today. It SHOULD be early enough that the heat will not be an issue.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL ya over a 5K step walk, I done good, today hehe. Was fine until the later end of the walk then it got a bit warm
