This the second day being on Atkins. I am finding it a little bit easier. wasn't sure about how much I should eat. a fellow Nurse who is on the same diet let me know last night when I am hungry I can eat as long as minimal carbs are involved and I stay with in the carb allowance. so last night at work I had 4 oz of turkey breast and 2 sting cheese. I hadn't realized that I can eat after my 5 meals. Especially at work I am moving constantly and needed some energy. I split the 4 oz and cheese into two mini meals. I think, I know I can do this. I am understanding it more. I am worried about all this fat I am eating and cholesterol. After all I have always taken pride in not over indulging in these areas and also being a Nurse know that it's not a good thing. I am not totally convinced I am doing the right thing for my body. at the same time I am thinking it's only to get my metabolism working again.
