body fat 31.7%. Yikes, this is the heaviest I've been in a while. I'm not exactly sure what's going on here but I went out a lot last week so the beer prob didn't help - don't feel like I was THAT bad this past week but I did only go to hockey sun and gym last night so maybe that's it. Also, still some sleep deprivation. Want to put a food "calendar" together and really stick to it. Social life is getting a bit in the way - not healthy. Oh I think I ate a chocolate bar last week too. Getting back on track, starts NOW.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
