Two weeks to at least get back to where I was. I really wanted to be to 130 by Vegas, but I can't see that happening. I have to get the mindset back that I had before the cruise! It has defintely been the food and drink choices because I'm still working out. Might have to step up the workouts over the next two weeks too.

Elliptical 40 min
Upper body wts 10 min
Crunches 5 min

Yogurt and whey protein
apple
baby carrots
mini bag popcorn
having a huge italian dinner tonight, so lite eating all day ;)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Sometimes, I think we set these either "unrealistic" goals, or we set a goal and then freak out over it causing us to go into a frinzy... setting ourselves up for disappointment. With that said... I think you should still shoot for the stars, just look how close you are to 130!!! At least you are in the 130's... I'd love to be sitting on 138, lol... Keep trying - I know you've got it in you. Congratulate yourself on your accomplishments and vow to make yourself proud!! Find that strong willed winner inside you and pull her out!! She wants to shine, lol. =D

thanks for the words of wisdom -- I just got home from the club and decided to give myself a break and get more focused Sunday. :)
