I have got to stick with this plan or I will never be at the weight that I want to be at. I need to tell myself that I am doing myself good when I am getting my weight down.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
