Once again I am up a little, but it's cool..things have been very crazy again....the only exercise I have been getting is playing softball and volleyball, which is great, but I think I need more. I need to get my butt back into the gym and get my cardio in..I know that helps me a lot! I have yet to go shopping which I am planning on doing very soon. I am tired of my pants looking like I got them out of a strangers closet! Eating has gone very well for me still. Not following 100%, kind of do my own thing, but still eating a lot of what is required during the day, then at night kind of do my own thing. It is really working for me though and I am not getting all stressed about not doing it 100%. I am very comfortable with where I am and I think that is why I am not being hard on myself...but I would really like to get back in the gym...I know stop talking and do it...I am going too...next week..LOL!!! Hope everyone is going good!
154.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great that you're able to alter the "diet" a little bit...that way, you don't feel like you're really watching what you eat. The "diet" feeling goes away. Hey, if you look great and people are giving you compliments...you can't beat that!! Getting more exercise is always a good thing. I'll be thinking of you!!

At least you're getting SOME exercise though! It's very hard to follow a diet 100% all the time, so I think you're doing a good job!

Thanks for the comment!!!You are are still doing awesome hey we all have to tweak the food every now and then. Don't worry you'll get that exercise in.I told my husband I feel light & fluffy. He laughed and said thats good. Now he calls me fluffy LOL. I loved the toned look I have in the thighs and legs...They no longer jiggle when I walk!!!

I agree with you on doing my own thing as well. My eating habits have changed alot..just can't stop eating mac and cheese.
