I have officially started the Atkins diet today. I have had my breakfast which consisted of 2 eggs, 1/2 cup peppers, 4 slices of Turkey bacon and black pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. for lunch I had 2 cups of salad greens with a spray of olive oil and spray on of balsamic vinegar. 1 can of Tuna for lunch with tablespoon of chopped onion and 1 tablespoon of olive oil mayonnaise.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I ride my bike most days of the week but skipping today. I have been concentrating on getting through my first day of the diet. I have to work at midnight tonight. I think the first few days will be difficult.but I may be able to do this.
