I am loving being healthy. I started walking yesterday the first time in a long time. I went 1 mile around the neighborhood and definitely could feel it! I don’t know how I managed walking before 44 extra pounds.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
