Birthday #40 and I weigh 140#. :-D

2 yrs ago I weighed 207lbs. I'm so thankful God gave me the strength to make healthy changes!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
