I hope this is because I weighted after hydrating.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1101 kcal Fat: 33.54g | Prot: 32.08g | Carb: 173.42g.   Breakfast: Apples, Bananas, Silk Unsweetened Soymilk, Kirkland Signature Walnuts, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Quaker Steel Cut Oatmeal. Lunch: Pure Heart Seedless Watermelon, Skinny Pop Popcorn. Dinner: Ore-Ida Golden Fries, Hunt's Hickory BBQ Sauce, Chop't Red Onion, Bob Evans Tomato Slices, HEB Green Leaf Lettuce Leaves, Colonial hamburger bun, Morningstar Farms Garden Veggie Patties (67g). Snacks/Other: Watermelon. more...
