180812: Glucose = 97, weight= 194.8, sleep = 6:09 & fair, evening hike = 2.27 mi., stopped due to notable “shocky” in my L arm, retuned home ok after 10 min. rest stop on Westwood Blvd. xtra Keppra this afternoon.
Pain 8/10, limiting activities, Cannabis helps
194.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
