The scale is being nice today and is my friend :) I already ate breakfast and a morning snack before my workout and it was still slightly lower. I won't be working out tonight at the gym, so I got up early and went before work. I have two personal training sessions this weekend. One on Saturday morning and one on Sunday morning. Looking forward to a great weekend!!!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're lucky to have a trainer. Wouldn't it be astonishing if you were the lady in the park I spotted with her trainer? (But I've seen your pictures, so I doubt it... unless in real life you're a brunette and about four inches shorter! But who knows. I still want to know what you did with that other person in your before picture.

I am very lucky to have a trainer. I work out with the trainer one day a week for 30 minutes normally and our workouts are in the gym. The rest of the week I have to push myself. This weekend I have two sessions because I am working out of town next week for a few days and one of the sessions is a makeup for the day I miss next week with a weight loss class that I am in. The weight loss class was for 6 weeks only and this week is the last week. That was separate from the training. I won't have the trainer for much longer, but it has helped me learn different ways to exercise my muscles and mix up the routines. The person in my before photos is the "old Kim" as my husband refers to her...and the new me is much healthier with more energy!! :)
