I am giving up Mexican restaurants, Red Lobster and any other restaurant that do not have calories on the menu or all meals are 800 calories and over.
194.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

red lobster does have a good set up to look up meals. I like the salmon new orleans. but I can't eat the shrimp. I think it is within your calories. You can look up the data on the web. most places do have this. arby's you can also build a meal so you can take the bread off and get the correct data. that one takes a little looking I think you have to do build a meal search
