Lean back and take another look at your weight history. Squint your eyes, and you'll see a steady downward trend. The road may have a few bumps, but it looks like you're making progress to your destination.

Yes, I agree, downward trend is what we are shooting for. I don't mind the bumps in the road as long as I am trending in the right direction. You are doing great!
