Okay, yeah. Time to count calories again. I thought just eating reasonably healthy and exercising almost daily might make the pounds start coming off again. Apprently not.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
