dr sebi... more you tube lately..less tv... did a 11 mile ride on zwift this morning..as always felt great to release them endorphins..nothing like a natural high to get the day started out right...
273.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
