Uggh. A new day. The (holy Shiat I can’t possibly survive kinda-) pain has subsided. Some bright hope is peeking in. Higher glucose associated with the 2T coconut flour late last night? If so worth it as the keto mug cake helped. Off to seize the Day!!!!
192.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
