I'm back. I've cut down on my drinking, but I haven't been exercising. The last 4 days I've weighed in at 217.4 or 217.6 lbs. I know I need to lose weight if I want to enjoy my life and feel good like I did in my early 40s. My goal is to get down to 200lbs by the end of September. I will evaluate and set another goal then. My dream is to get down to less than 25% body fat and stay there for the rest of my life, which would put me around 180lbs at my ideal muscle mass. Maybe that's not a possible dream at my age and with my joints. I need to formulate an exercise plan that doesn't rely on weight lifting or running, which wil maximize muscle gain and fat loss. Youth is wasted on the young.
