Another thing that has saved my diet. Sugar-free Jell-O and Sugar-Free Cool Whip. Just be sure to measure the servings out and count it, but a cup (8oz) of Jell-O is, what, 2 servings, which is only 20 calories. Two tablespoons of Sugar-Free Cool Whip is 20 calories.
Mix the two together and you have a yummy treat that won't stick to your butt, or hips, or thighs...
I have also started taking a daily multi-vitamin for women. It's better to be safer than sorry. Remember to take them with meals, and that you NEED a little fat for some of the vitamins to absorb into the body!
