Ugh, really frustrated with injured knee. Makes it really hard to exercise. Feel just flabby and not good in general. The more I focus on what I eat, the less likely I am to see any progress. It is just so difficult.
126.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
