Yay! With change came progress! As of today I have lost over 40 pounds in exactly 3 months!

My husband told me the other day that while he was at our storage facility locker, he saw BAGS of size 8 clothing! That would be stuff that I have since forgotten about, can go through, and will probably throw most of it out or give it to the Salvation Army.

The few big changes I've made - alternating days I exercise to allow my body to rest and rebuild itself physically. No more 2% milk, I've switched to Hood 2% which saves me a whopping 40 calories per cup! I cannot do skim milk though. It tastes like water. Ick.

It's been working for me, and that's all that matters! I've less than 10 pounds to lose before I have to try to maintain it! I hope to get it done by the end of this month!
