I am struggling with reducing my calories. Really thought I'd do it easier than this, but clearly I need to look at this closer. I CAN do it; now I need to figure out the HOW of this whole thing!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
