I cheated yesterday-4 pieces of bite size chocolate (2 milk and 2 dark). I'll have to cut back on that. No exercise. 2 lbs down.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
