Did not work out today, and this is the third day in a row, so tomorrow I will get back at it. For sure.

I feel wonderful, though! Day by day!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1746 kcal Fat: 79.44g | Prot: 70.79g | Carb: 194.55g.   Breakfast: frozen blueberries, coffee, kashi honey almond, 1% milk, strawberries, sugar in the raw, banana, coffee cream. Dinner: organic butter, roasted chicken, bouillon, Pistachio Turkish Delight, chicken fat, roasted chicken, laughing cow original, mashed potato with, 1% sour cream. Snacks/Other: tostitos salsa con queso, hint of lime. more...
