I don't get it. I'm eating better and excersizing, but there's no improvement. Gah!!! *Grump!!*
178.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel ya! Today is my first day on fatsecret. That's why I am here. Working my butt off and not getting anywhere. Got to stay strong!

Try reducing your sodium intake a little - should be no higher than 2500 per day, drink 100 ounces of water daily, and try to have fiber above 25. I totally understand your frustation - what works for me when frustrated may help you, too. I change up my exercise and rearrange the foods to move from a stall. Good luck!
