Well, I ate hot wings last night:(
It seems every few days, I blow it. I didn't gain though, which is good, but I didn't lose any either. And I was looking forward to since that awesome run I did yesterday....oh well, I will just have to work a little harder today to get that off;)
173.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your pain. Pizza and wings are huge temptations for me. Just keep it up! We all have set backs. You're doing great!

Why do they make wings taste sooooo good? You'll be fine, just keep following your tried and true plan :)

Once and a while is okay... you shouldn't feel deprived! As long as you watch the amount:-) It's okay, keep up the good work!!

I also feel your pain, I attacked some chinese food AND ice cream last night......But we will both do extra work to get these pounds off. Best of luck to you and your willpower this week!!!
