Down 2 lbs, baby!!

Feeling GREAT. And not just because of the loss, but I just FEEL great!

Must keep riding this feeling as I go to the theatre later (will splurge on a small popcorn with butter as I have the cals for it), and will eat something sensible at the restaurant later. If I have room, will even have a glass of red wine. But if not, so what? Water is just dandy.

Oops, and I weighed in one day early. Oh, well.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
