Same workout, need to do some other activity to increase my metabolism

Relax Walk at lunch 1 hour around 2.5MPH
Elliptical with 66 mins
Thread mill Walking / Jogging between 4.1MPH ~ 4.7MPH

Food is pretty much controlled, I eat pretty much anything with reduced quantity.

Steamed vegetables with pepper.
Chicken or Fish microwaved no oil added.
Low Tobasco or spicy mustard for taste on the side


143.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
