Nice to lose a few more lbs...
315.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 August 2012:
1013 kcal Fat: 44.05g | Prot: 67.52g | Carb: 93.27g.   Breakfast: green pepper, onions, mushrooms, Egg Beaters. Dinner: Summer Squash, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), egg beater, wish bone light italian dressing, onions, Zucchini. Snacks/Other: String-Ums String Cheese Mozzarella, Rice Cakes - Apple Cinnamon, peanut butter, celery. more...
losing 2.3 lb a week

You have lost six pounds in under two weeks! That is an extremely good loss rate. The hardest thing to get beyond is the impatience - this will be a long journey and you will do well if you can be gentle with yourself!

I think you are doing fine too. The body really doesn't lose weight in one smooth, steady downward line. Sometimes none, sometimes chunks! So, like HCB says, be kind to yourself and have patience. You have a lot of wonderfully supportive people behind you within this group at FS.

Thanks guys.. Its funny how I just weigh my self the other day and my weight didnt change so i was lil upset and then today wearing same type of clothing nursing clothes I saw another 2 lbs off. Funny ow our bodies change so fast so times for the better sometimes not so good.
