Why am I gaining? I'm watching my calories and working out. Yesterday was a "rest" day from working out but I did errands all day and still ate well. That 1/2 pound yesterday was fine, and 1/2 pound today is ok I guess, but if I get back over 180 I will not be a happy camper. Maybe stress? I know hubby always gains when he's stressed even when his calories in/ calories out show a big deficit. The math is a whole lot of it, but that's not all when your body is scared you're in crisis mode. Note to self: be less stressed. Don't you love when doctors say that? I'm always like, "Now just something else to worry about. I can't exactly stop going to school or taking my dogs out or whatever else is stressful." Anyhoo...
178.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A lot of people often gain around "that time of the month". The only things that work for me is lots of water and watch what I eat. Also if I am not getting proper sleep that effects me too.
