Disapointed with this result but only have self to blame. Havent really been that focussed this week. Need to regroup and reorganise if i am going to achieve getting below 200 for my birthday.

On plus side i did do a lot of focussed activity!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.0 lb a week

You are doing fantastic, so don't be discouraged. Remember slow and steady wins the race and 1-2lb a week is considered healthy weight loss. You have come such a long way in such a short time... so you just keep going there and be proud of your achievements so far. ;o)
