Day 4 in the blue after 3 days of maintenance. Completely psyched. Is the first day in a long time that I've wanted to work out rather than feeling I had to. Going to depletion today and tomorrow and fasting Friday. See if I can't mail this whole thing down. Day 26 of the countdown.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
