Hubby says I've gained muscle from hard workouts the last 2 days, but I still feel like I should be losing. Grr.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1594 kcal Fat: 29.83g | Prot: 135.42g | Carb: 205.29g.   Breakfast: nature's own, honey ham great value, kraft fat free cheddar. Lunch: chicken breast, la banderita low carb, fat free raspberry vinaigrette, lettuce, Bac'n Pieces. Dinner: yukon potato, blue bonnet margarine, frozen corn great value, fat free broccoli cheese soup, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: flour, fat free miracle whip, chicken breast, lowfat cottage cheese great value, la banderita low carb, mandarin oranges great value, Bac'n Pieces, tomatos, reese artichoke, chicken broth, banana, leek. more...

hey, thanks for the reminder! I've lost .25 inch on my bust, 1.5 on waist, 2 on my hips, 2 on thighs, .25 on ankle, and .75 on upper arm-- yay! I haven't lost anything on my calves but I've been running a lot.
