Oh my gosh! I have been doing so well since my last entry. I weigh 152! I have been working out and sticking to the diet (except for today, i had a bit of a binge- 3 cookies and half a peice of chocolate cake- but i think i can recover from it if i overhall it for the rest of the week.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.1 lb a week

Congrats on the weight loss, that is soooooo awesome!!! Keep up the great job!! I'm sure you will recover just fine from the little cheat that you had.
