Hummm...same ol same ol when it comes to WI...I'm going to have to mix it up a bit. Wondering if any of you have cut a couple points one week and then added a couple the next? AND if it worked for you? Like cut 3 points everyday for a week and then go back to the 'normal recommended' points you had before...hummm...
Waiting for spring here...NEED to get out there for some fresh air already...HAHA! I'll have to wait until this next snow storm (they say we're getting) to pass after tomorrow...MAYBE then! :o)!!
Hope you're all doing well and I wish ya the bestest ever! HEEHEE! Hugs to ya!

I've not tried it, but Evelyn64 was using 20pts a day monday-friday, and then having higher points on the weekends, and it seemed to work for her!

Why don't you try varying your points for a week. Don't eat the same number every day. Eat higher one day and lower the next. Just don't have a high day near your weighin day. It has helped many people jump start their weight loss. It keeps your metabolism burning. Eating the same number every day, the body gets used it. You can use your flex points for the higher days. Good luck!

it's so HARD for me to imagine that it's snowing somewhere in the world today! Our weather has cooled off a little, but it's still very warm out there and sunny! I love California!!!! I'll send you some warmth and sunshine, ok friend???

Firstly Sibby do you add activity points when you exercise? I know I've read that you should at least eat ALL your daily points plus your activity points. I guess you could experiment if you don't currently use them and try eating all of them and see how that goes. I do what Suzi mentioned though and eat high-low points throughout the week. She's right that your body can get too used to what you are doing if you constantly eat the same points, as I'm sure that happened to me. My daily points target is now 20 UK Points - but I've been fluctuating them on average between about 18 and 25 UK points... although 2 days this week I went up to 26.5 and still lost. So maybe you do need to eat more some days and keep your body guessing at how much food it's going to get! Found something in my notes on old school WW and eating within points ranges: gave 18 - 25 daily points for those under 150lbs. That came from dotty's weight loss zone so presumably US recommendations. But guess I'm already doing that more or less, but perhaps something you could try. Anyway's keep up the great work girl as you've done awesome and have a fantastic weekend. :o)
